JessFX is a one woman operation and everything is made from scratch so do keep that in mind when planning an order. Processing time is usually 1-3 working days but please allow 5 working days for your order to be made up in case it is a particularly busy period.

If you do need something by a specific date please drop me an email to see if it is achievable before placing your order.

UK SHIPPING

ORDERS UNDER £100 (STANDARD) - These are sent 24hr Tracked and once dispatched usually arrives within 2 days. They shouldn’t need to be signed for so be aware they will likely be left at your address unless you have specific preferences set with Royal Mail. Please do not select this option if your order is above £100.

ORDERS OVER £100 (PRIORITY) - These are sent via Special Delivery which is the highest priority mail service and SHOULD arrive the next working day after dispatch. (Though sometimes they do try to deliver on a Saturday when they’re less busy.) This service requires someone at the address to sign for the package.

ORDERS OVER £100 - All orders over £100 need to be sent via Special Delivery to make sure they are fully insured. Please choose this option if your order is over £100 otherwise if a problem arises JessFX cannot take responsibility for loss or damage above £75. As mentioned above, these orders will need to be signed for.

For orders sent via Special delivery, don’t panic if you are not in to sign for the package. They will try again two more times or you can go on the Royal Mail website and use your tracking number to rearrange delivery for a date that suits you or opt to pick it up from the sorting office.

With both postage options you will get a tracking number in your dispatch email when your order is on it’s way, please check your spam and junk folders if you don’t think you’ve received one.

OVEREASS SHIPPING

Shipping times can’t be guaranteed but usually takes between 4 and 14 days unless it gets held up in customs which can add on a couple of weeks. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you need something quickly please email me to find out if I can send it via DHL, prices for this usually start at £50 for the smallest orders and a phone number is needed to book the courier.
